Who can use Pebblehug

Adults aged 18 or older create books. Only submit material you have permission to use, including permission from the adults pictured, appropriate authorization from the child’s parent or legal guardian, and any required rights from the photographer. Children should not create accounts or upload photos themselves.

Authorized family photos transformed into clearly illustrated storybook characters are the intended use. Do not present an illustration as evidence of a real event or as someone’s endorsement.

Content and conduct we prohibit

  • Sexual or pornographic content: nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation, or requests to sexualize a real person.
  • Violence and dangerous content: graphic injury or gore, credible threats, glorification of abuse, or encouragement or instructions for self-harm or violence.
  • Hate and harassment: hateful attacks or dehumanization based on protected characteristics, targeted abuse, bullying, or threats against a person or group.
  • Harm to children: any sexual content involving minors, grooming, exploitation, dangerous or abusive depictions, or use of a child’s image without appropriate permission. Ordinary authorized family photos are welcome.
  • Deceptive impersonation and non-consensual deepfakes: misleading depictions of real people, fraudulent endorsements, or fabricated intimate or humiliating imagery.
  • Infringement of rights: unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, private information or someone’s likeness, including attempts to access or disclose another family’s private book.

Do not evade safety checks, automate abusive requests, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or use fraudulent payment information.

How we handle a problem

We check inputs before generation and hold generated images privately until their output checks pass. A pending, failed or unavailable check does not authorize display. A complete paid book is delivered after its content safety and file checks pass.

We can stop a request, withhold a result, or withdraw an image’s approval so that future requests to view or download the affected content are blocked. Authorized operators record their decision, reason and review time. We cannot recall a copy that someone has already downloaded.

A report does not automatically establish a violation. An operator investigates the concern and may request another automated check. Requesting review does not bypass checks or guarantee that content will be released. Any cancellation or refund is handled separately under our cancellation, correction and refund policy; reporting alone does not issue a refund.

Report content or request review

Use our content report form for safety, privacy, consent, rights or impersonation concerns, or to request review of a blocked result. No account is required. You receive a reference after the report is saved.

Describe where the issue appears and why it concerns you. Do not include children’s photos, intimate material, passwords or private access tokens. Leave an adult contact email if you want a reply; without contact details we can investigate but cannot respond directly.

You can also contact us by email about a concern or blocked result. Contact: Pebblehug Support · support@pebblehug.com. Email does not create a report-form confirmation reference.
